- Subject to availability a payment request will be sent to you once we have received your reservation request.
- A deposit of 30% of your stay total is required to guarantee your reservation.
- Deposit must be made within four calendar days of the receipt of the reservation form, or availability can not be guaranteed.
- 14:30 until 20:00 – If you arrive early and your apartment is vacant and ready you may occupy it, if not we will gladly store your luggage until such time that it is ready.
- Payment in full, along with a government-issued ID, must be received in order for you to check-in.
- Until 11:30
- Payment in full, along with a government-issued ID, must be received upon your arrival.
- Cancellation requests will only be accepted by email to firstname.lastname@example.org
- Cancellation requests will not be refunded.
- ‘Non-shows’ your deposit is forfeit and will not be refunded
- If for any reason your departure is earlier than planned, you will be charged 50% of the remaining balance. If the remaining balance is less than the cost of a single night you will be charged for the entire night.
- Pets are not allowed
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in all inside areas of the apartments. Smoking on the balconies is allowed.
